DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! They have been moving the goal posts every day since pickup. Hiring a seperate company to do it MLV Transport (they only take venmo and zelle so should have know it was a scam), and charging more, while not giving updates on where my stuff is or when it will arrive. Nashville to Denver is in the 5-14 day range but as of today we are on day 9 and it hasn't left their place in Atlanta. They are a scam and will end up just filing insurance claims for my furniture and reporting them since the date has moved 4 times now with no end in sight.

6/11 - Received moving quote from Hercules Moving Solutions. Robert helped with the quote and sent the moving estimate to sign. Estimate looked good and the only concern I had was with the requested move date. It was mentioned from 6/17 - 6/23. Called Robert and told him that I can't afford the move date until 6/23. He assured me that it is just a system requirement and my move is confirmed on 6/17 as he sees availability. I even requested him to mention something from 6/14 - 6/19 if it is system requirement. He told me that I will receive a call from dispatch 2-3 days before my move to confirm the moving inventory.

6/12 - Paid security deposit

6/13 to 6/15 - I received no calls from dispatch

6/16 - I called customer service and told them that I am concerned about the move as no one contacted me. CSR confirmed that my move is scheduled on 6/17. The crew will come to pick up the inventory.

I received a text from dispatch at 5:44PM that my move is scheduled between 10AM - 2PM on 6/17. They asked me to confirm the receipt of this message. I didn’t notice that message that evening as I was not expecting that message from dispatch and no one told me anything about that.

6/17 - Received a text from the driver at 8:29AM if I am ready for pick up. I replied YES immediately and asked him at what time he will show up?

So far so good. And from here it gets interesting with full of lies.

Driver called and told me that they can’t pick up on 6/17 as I have not confirmed when dispatch called me. He will pick up on 6/18. I told him that is fine and requested him to come on 6/18 morning as I have painters waiting to paint the house and want the stuffed moved out. Driver said he will call again to confirm the time.

#1 LIE -

Dispatch never called me and the only communication was the message on 6/16 at 5:44PM.

Driver calls me again in the afternoon and told me that he will come on Sunday 6/19 as he is booked on Saturday. I was not at all happy with that and called Customer Service about it. They assured me that my stuff will be picked up on Saturday 6/18 and the driver will contact me to confirm the pick up window.

6/18 - I called customer service in the morning and told them that the driver has not contacted me. They contacted the driver and told me that he is working on another move and I am scheduled next for pick up.

I called Customer Service late in the afternoon to check the status. They confirmed it will be on 6/18.

In the evening, driver called and told me that his current move got stretched and he can’t make it on 6/18. I asked him if he can make it on 6/19. He told me that he can’t make it on 6/19 as it is Father’s Day. Happy Father’s Day!!!! He said that he will come on 6/20.

I called customer service and informed them about the conversation and told them about my urgency. The lady said she will talk to the driver and asked me to call back after an hour.

I called back after an hour multiple times and NO RESPONSE.

I got fed up with all these lies and sent a note to Hercules to cancel my move contract and refund my deposit.

6/19 ( Today ) - Still waiting

I took leave on 6/17 and kept my dog in the boarding (extended for the weekend) to complete this move which NEVER happened.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3900

I booked with Hercules and their agent Nori Logistics for a huge move from Missouri over to Virginia. I have a 6 bedroom house, and I had to have them pack everything as well because I don’t have the time or patience (let’s be real…it’s the patience part), and they moved my car so I could just fly out here and wait for them. It was worth every penny to just sit back and relax. My car arrived within 2 days from them picking it up, with not a scratch. They gave me $20 for a car wash to get the bugs off of it because it had all the dead bugs from transit since it was an open trailer. They handed me $20 bill and a thank you and explanation of what it’s for. Never would have thought of that!! My items arrived on day 4, and it must be luck because I had the keys for my new place for an hour when they called to let me know they’d be arriving in the morning to deliver. They put everything in the rooms I wanted it and none of my crystal or china was broken. I had damages to items in one box, and of course it’s the box that I packed myself. My loss on that one, but that’s why I hired movers clearly I don’t know what I’m doing. I absolutely suggest and recommend you book your move with Hercules, and specifically ask for the agent to be Nori Logistics whether it’s for you items or your vehicles. Before I forget, they also put my tractor on the trailer with my car, and that saved me a huge headache because I had made so many calls and couldn’t find anyone to haul a tractor for me that didn’t run. But the guy who came for the car found out about the tractor and offered to take it for literally Pennie’s on the dollar because as he said “I’m going that way anyway, we can just get it on”. So unexpectedly Nori Logistics took care of that too. I was worried I’d have to end up selling it. Life savers!!! Hercules and Nori are the best teamed together, and I’ll scream it from every rooftop that allows me to. Great work guys and thanks for making it so easy!!

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $14000

This was such a huge scam! My daughter was moving from Richmond to Cary. Hercules in FL quoted us $1550. My daughter was by herself when the one mover arrived in her small 1 bedroom apt. Basically, adding another $450 to the bill because of steps and more furniture . The mover would not start until she signed the form. She was stuck / had to move and now we had to pay more. This is where they “get you”. Then I had to get “postal money orders”. When my daughter asked the driver who to make the postal money order out to he said nobody you don’t need to put anything on that line. when I asked the post office they said certainly put all your information on the other side. So I decided that I would put in the memo line Hercules/Lamar moving after calling Hercules. I arrived back home and my daughter called saying that the guy called her an hour after he left and said oh, I need another $250 because I forgot to include the steps! At that time I didn’t have that $250 so when he arrived at our house and I was by myself he would not unload the truck. I had called Hercules earlier Because I had already gotten the postal money orders and said now they want to $250 more and she already signed the form. They said they would look into it, never calling back. Hercules company in FL are the ones that contacted Lamar moving Inc. In Richmond VA. When the driver arrived and I handed him the postal money orders. he said I told you not to put any name on the line And he called his company and they said it was fine. I also told him she already signed the form for the additional $450. We called them again and basically they said you signed it. Which was true but the added $250 we did not agree on. But unless I paid him in cash (now the post office was closed). We had less furniture than stated but they charged more. Then they added a surcharge for fuel. It’s just a huge scam! Stay away. They said they’d “check into it”, never returning calls. My husband called and basically we got screwed over. They will show up and automatically tell you that you have more furniture than expected which was untrue, and they quoted us for 40 boxes and she had 31! So basically we paid $2250 for a one bedroom. Lesson learned. Do your research.I plan to warn others. I ended up tipping the driver $40, which I wished I hadn’t but I want it to all be done. Of course he thanked me. USE LOCAL movers WITH A FLAT FEE! Hercules said when they receive the bill of lading they will review it ? such hogwash.

Hired guys for recent move to Boca Raton. Manager Mike was able to explain the process of moving . I’ve was told to make sure boxes are packed before movers will show up. I ends up with extra 15 boxes of clothing and kids toys. Last minute decided to take grill with me my price was increased for 950 . Good thing guys had boxes with them , so I’ve purchased it from them . Spend couple of hundred dollars on extra packing for China cabinet and other fragile peaces plus tv packing . Can’t complain. I would recommend them . Great service thank you!

Our experience with Hercules Moving Solutions Inc was outstanding in every aspect. From Mr. Koby's initial phone conversations and emails to the seamless process of sending our inventory and receiving the estimate, every step was handled with ease. The moving professionals showed extra care with our belongings, and their punctuality, politeness, and efficiency were truly commendable. We will definitely be using their services for our next move and highly recommend them.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2990

Summary of the Situation:

• I paid $1100 as a deposit to Hercules Moving Solutions based on an estimate.

• When finalizing the move, they tried to add more charges.

• I argued/disputed the additional charges, and now they are choosing to cancel the move. The customer service manager was passive aggressive- saying he’ll cancel it without refund then taking it back then get mad and then nothing came out of it.

• They are refusing to refund the $1100.

Here are the cases against them:

• Bait-and-switch pricing – They will quote and make you confuse and underestimate, and after paying a deposit, they raise the price significantly.

• Lack of a revised written estimate – they didn’t send a revised estimate in writing that I signed, and still demanded more money, that could violate federal regulations.

• Refusal to deliver services – they cancelled my move without me cancelling, and are keeping the deposit, that may be unjust enrichment.

• Misrepresentation or fraud – I was misled about the services or pricing, this could be a violation of consumer protection laws

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2500

First the movers showed up with no boxes. Then, they asked my housekeeper to go get some from home Depot. Then my contract clearly said to pack for me due to being disabled. Which means BRING BOXES! Then I was told my estimate was wrong and they needed $1500 more! Then they ran out of room and I was told they couldn't pack what was left and told me to put it in my car, (this was my entire kitchen among other items)! All this occurred on March 28. I was promised 30 free days of storage which I got, after that I would be charged $175 a month. On April 16 I called them with an address to move it to and the move date would be April 23. My contract clearly stated my move would proceed on April 29. It is now May 3, they still have my belongings, and each time I call customer for a status update I'm given the same story, a promise of delivery in 10-15 more days. At this point they have breached their contract, DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS NOW MAY 4TH, THEY STILL HAVE MY BELONGINGS, AND IM CONSTANTLY GETTING LIED TO AND PUT OFF, AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHEN I WILL TRULY GET MY BELONGINGS! AS WE SPEAK, I STILL DONT HAVE MY BELONGINGS, BUT THEY DO!! And as of right now. I still have no clue of when I will get my belongings. This is in real time, it didn't just happen, it's still happening! If you use this company all I can offer you is my shared experience and my condolences and pity because you were warned. Good luck with your chosen movers and please be careful what you say and do , pay attention and do not use Hercules moving Solutions

We had horrible experience with Hercules moving Solution & Cita Van Lines. Please think at least five times before select Hercules moving Solution & Cita Van Lines for interstage moving.

David Mesa of Hercules Moving Solution sent contract to move items from OH to PA based on the items in our email as $1650 (Job No 6107149, Ref. HM6107149), Vol 286 cf (2002 lbs), pickup date 11/23/24 , delivery 11/25/24. When we indicated on line complaints against Hercules Moving Solution David Mesa assured their new management will compensate any lost/damaged items during transit & we can trust Hercules. Cita Van Lines , the delivery company of Hercules came on 11/23/24 and forced us to pay $200 (approx.)more considering our helpless situation. We received delivery on 12/8/2024. We found the following lost items ; 1. Remote control Black & decker Pedestal Fan $ 80.00

2. Two packing boxes containing winter jackets, Ladies dresses, bed covers , Pressure monitor, Oxygen meter, total cost $ 1620 (approx.)

Damaged items :

1. New Exercise Bike $ 190 (approx.) 2. Table Lamp $100 (approx.) 3. One trolley wheeled cart $100(approx.) 4. Hard plastic basket containing dry food of $ 100.00

The total price of lost & damaged items were more than $2000 (approx.). We were surprised how Cita van lost our items. Cita van did not help to find lost items. Transit insurance agreed to pay only $125. David Mesa of Hercules Mover should send compensation as assured during contract negotiation.
